My order was inadvertently delivered to the wrong, but nearby address on a Saturday, the day of delivery requested. I can't fault the floriest though, as our daughter's new townhome is in a cluster of new townhomes with similar street names and walkways, versus streets. I texted the provider later on Saturday and expressed my disappointment, and only requested the next attempt take place first thing on Monday morning. They were absolutely professional, and instead, went into the office, re-prepared the order and delivered it on Sunday, when they are usually closed. This puts them in the top 2% of florists in my book and a professional entity that does truly care. I will use them regularly going into the future. Well Done!
