I want to commend this florist shop for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the original bouquet my daughter ordered for me. When the owner of Foxchase Florist became aware of the issue, he contacted me the very next day and arranged to have a brand new arrangement delivered.
